Castro Grill
A week or so ago, I’m not sure how long, there was a continental market on St Georges Plateau, full with all manner of places to eat. A couple of them caught my eye, but the one I stumped up the cash for was Castro Grill, I had a smoked hot dog with pulled pork, it was bloody good.
I wasn’t really going to post anything about this, but I’ve found them on twitter and they are going to be at the Hope Street Feast in two weekends time. So, what I’m basically saying is go and get some of their stuff it’s really good. I know I will.
Very kind, makes all the difference that people like what we do. We genuinely do put quality before profit, we do this because most people appreciate when they’ve been served something thats taken time and effort to come up with.
We’re just cooks in the lucky position of being able to work for ourselves. Next time say hi,
