I was lucky enough to dine at Le Manoir Auz Quat’Saisons on Saturday night, which was a remarkable meal and wonderful experience, I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the evening. I’ve posted some of the pictures of our dishes from the main tasting menu. Its far beyond my experience to make any critical judgment of this level of food, other than to say it was exceptional.
I still feel that there is a huge gap in Liverpool for a fine dining restaurant, it might be hopefull for something of this standard to open. However a reasonably priced one star restaurnt could do very well; I’ll keep my fingers crossed.
